Ivango Contracting LLC is a full service construction company providing general contracting, design-build, and construction management services for residential and commercial clients on the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast.

At Ivango Contracting LLC our goal is to provide the best possible end product and building experience for our customers. We want our clients feel completely comfortable with the integrity of the people they are hiring and the quality of work that is undertaken. To do this we maintain exacting standards for how we operate our business.

First and foremost, we are committed to craftsmanship. This means building with an eye to structural integrity while keeping form and function in mind. To do so we not only pay close attention to building details and materials, but we are continually seeking out better products, methods, and styles of building. Furthermore, throughout the building process, we only contract out with highly skilled, reliable and respectful trades-people.

At Ivango Contracting LLC, we recognize that craftsmanship goes hand-in-hand with customer service; consequently, we take the following proactive steps: we carefully plan our projects so as to keep setbacks to a minimum; we work diligently to meet whatever challenges arise; we personally oversee all phases and facets of the project to ensure quality; we work closely with our clients each step of the way, and we guarantee the quality of our workmanship. We do all this to meet our customers' needs and to realize a final product that is true to their vision.

Caring for the Environment:

At Ivango Contracting LLC we are committed to building practices that are environmentally sound. In turn, we are working on integrating systems into our building and renovation jobs that do the following:

  • Recycle the maximum amount of waste.
  • Offer the most energy efficient heating and cooling systems.
  • Offer the highest R-value insulation materials.
  • Offer active and passive solar systems.
  • Offer environmentally sound building products.

We believe that caring for the environment has to start in our own back yard and we want to do what we can to be part of making a difference.
