Current Projects

Here are some of the current projects we have been working on.



Durham Kitchen

The existing kitchen cabinets were restored then crown moulding was added along the ceiling. On the island bead-board and a built-in display cabinet were added. The countertops were replaced with Corian. The floor was tiled and the walls repaired and painted. In the mudroom custom cabinets were built to match the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom was tiled and painted. On the outside of the house a 12x16 pressure treated deck was built.

Caring for the Environment:

At Ivango Contracting LLC we are committed to building practices that are environmentally sound. In turn, we are working on integrating systems into our building and renovation jobs that do the following:

  • Recycle the maximum amount of waste.
  • Offer the most energy efficient heating and cooling systems.
  • Offer the highest R-value insulation materials.
  • Offer active and passive solar systems.
  • Offer environmentally sound building products.

We believe that caring for the environment has to start in our own back yard and we want to do what we can to be part of making a difference.
