Recent Projects

Here are some of our recent projects.



Elliot House

The existing house was gutted and then demolished. Some wood was salvaged and the rest burned. The foundation was repaired and built up and a new section added. Then a new two story house was built and tied into the existing garage.

Dineen Boathouse

The building was completely renovated. Antique yellow pine was used for the flooring and stair treads along with antique white pine for the railings.

Hampton Project

The addition is vaulted on the inside with exposed red cedar beams. A large hot tub is set into the floor in the octagonal section. The deck is mahogany with red cedar vertical lattice.

Dormer Portsmouth

On this project the inside was gutted and the dormers were added. It is vaulted on the inside with rustic flooring and trim.

Hampton Addition

A new patio door and mahogany deck were installed.

Roofing projects

These pictures display new roofs on three houses in the stagecoach farms development in Durham NH. All of the houses had cedar shingle roofs which were leaking. New sheathing had to be installed before the shingles were installed. One house features copper valleys and another lead valleys.

Tree House

This tree house was built in Rindge NH for John Hunt. It is made out of rough cut pine with birch railings.

Three season room

The original deck was supported and converted to a three season room.

Farmer's Porch

The farmer's porch was added to the front of the house. It has a bead-board ceiling along with mahogany decking and railings.

Dover House

This house was completely gutted and a second story was added along with an addition off the back. The inside features rustic maple floors and honey spice birch cabinets with Corian countertops.

Gori Household

The house was gutted and a second story added along with a farmers porch and mahogany decks. The interior featured a cherry kitchen and floors.

Lanzer Household

The section of the house which included the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom was completely gutted. The existing floor structure was supported and decorative Douglas Fir collar ties were added. New windows and a roof were installed.. New maple kitchen cabinets and bookshelves were installed along with a new bathroom and tile floor.

Newmarket Siding Job

The old siding was removed, rotten trim replaced, and certainteed vinyl siding installed. New fir doors and an Anderson patio door were installed along with a new front and side entrance deck.

Dover Siding Job

The old siding was removed, rotten trim replaced, and red cedar shakes installed

York Project

The foundation was removed on one side of the house and replaced. The back porch was jacked up and a new deck with decorative support columns was built.

At Ivango Contracting LLC we are committed to building practices that are environmentally sound. In turn, we are working on integrating systems into our building and renovation jobs that do the following:

  • Recycle the maximum amount of waste.
  • Offer the most energy efficient heating and cooling systems.
  • Offer the highest R-value insulation materials.
  • Offer active and passive solar systems.
  • Offer environmentally sound building products.

We believe that caring for the environment has to start in our own back yard and we want to do what we can to be part of making a difference.
